Garden Mulch Installation
Yard Busters Landscaping offers an excellent Wood mulch installation service. We carry seven different styles of mulch with the top 3 choices being Shredded Cedar, Foothills premium, and Montane Garden mulch.
Mulching your garden bed is a process that involves placing a material directly to your garden soil or lawn. It is generally accepted that wood mulch is used as a garden cover however we can alternatively install rock.
When installing Mulch in your garden beds we offer a variety of wood mulch products that will reduce weeds, regulate the temperature of your garden beds while retaining moisture and beautify your garden.
It is best to have your Mulch installed prior July 15. This date changes from year to year, but represents end of our rainy season and the onset of warm temperatures. The rainwater plus warm temperatures will make ground weeds explode with growth but also and rain water we d have quickly evaporates without and adequate mulch layer.
The size and shape will dictate how much Mulch is needed. A minimum 3 inch depth should be used to help reduce weed growth. Landscape fabric is recommended when installing Bark nuggets.
